Thanks, Laura! I have several different triggers for my migraines...neck pain, chemical sensitivities, and stress, and each of those requires a bit different treatment. I have stretching exercises I do for the ones that originate in my neck muscles, and also a special neck roll pillow to help prevent them. For the chemical-triggered ones, and for the stress-related ones, I usually take Maxalt and/or Imitrex, depending on the length/severity. My migraines have become MUCH less frequent than they were just a few years ago, for which I am VERY grateful!
