    Hi, Laura. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Regarding the Curves diet, from what I know of it, it does work... but you have to DO it... it has to be a minute by minute commitment, just like any other weight loss method. :) I think it might also be dependent on making sure you're on the right diet... the higher carb or the higher protien. I tried it without taking the class, but gave it up after a while. I just need extra accountability, I guess.
